The Settlement QuickBooks Export feature allows for easy transfer of X Dispatch settlement data to QuickBooks. When configured, settlement data can be exported via the "Settlements Display" screen . Once file is exported it can easily be then imported into QuickBooks.
Download/Up Date Report Format(s)
Before settlement data can be exported to QuickBooks the proper query must be downloaded. Query selection is determined by accounting methodology in use and by X Dispatch version. Multiple queries can be downloaded, however typically only a single one is used. To download these queries follow the steps below:
Click on "Find" button located at top of X Dispatch screen.

- QuickBooks Settlement Export (As Bill) - For X Dispatch versions older than v11.1. Items imported into QuickBooks as bills.
- QuickBooks Driver Settlement Export (BILL 11.1+) - For X Dispatch versions newer than v11.1. Items imported into QuickBooks as bills.
- QuickBooks Driver Settlement Export (Check 11.1+) - For X Dispatch versions newer than v11.1. Items imported into QuickBooks as checks.

Confirm selected query is downloaded by verifying status is "Up-To-Date."

- Click the Find (BETA) button in the X Dispatch toolbar.
Go to the Advanced Find Service tab then click Report Formats.
- Click the download icon in the Actions column of the QuickBooks settlement you would like. If there is no download icon, then your report format is up to date and ready to be used.

How to Export a Settlement
Go to the Action menu then Settlements > Display Settlements. See Display Settlements.

Right-click on batch to export and select the Quickbooks export you would like.
