In this example, the driver's primary form of communication is X Mobile. In the event that the driver's data coverage were to go out, the email address could be swapped by clicking 'Swap Email Address'. However, if all drivers had a primary communication method of X Mobile, and a secondary backup, it would be rather time consuming to edit each driver, swap email addresses, and perform the same task once the cellular network issues have been resolved. With this in mind, we've created a tool to allow all communication to easily be switched from the Primary Email to the Secondary Email. To globally update this option, browse to 'Action->Dispatch >Dispatch Email Systems':Image Removed

You'll then be prompted by a message that displays the current dispatch email in use, and you'll be asked to verify the switch:

Click yes to globally switch the email systems. Once the action has been completed, all communication will automatically be sent to the drivers' secondary email address (or vice versa) so that you can continue to effectively communicate order information to the drivers until all network issues have been resolved.
