The Planning section is the starting point for setting up and planning for all of your routes. This is where static route information, also known as the route shell, is created and maintained. The Planning section can be split up into 3 sections.

Highlight the route.
Right-click and select Print Manifest.
Click the Print button.

Group Folders
Group folders are manually created to organize routes. It can be helpful to group routes geographically, by fleet, or customer.

Right-click and select Plot in Microsoft Bing.

Route Stops List
The Route Stops List section is used to organize static (preplanned) stops. Double click on a stop (or choose "Open" from "Right Click Menu") to show detailed stop information.

Red - The first stop out of sequence based on the preferred time. Stop sequence can be corrected manually by dragging and dropping stops into the correct sequence or by right-clicking and selecting Auto sequence by Preferred Time.

Find Stops List
The Find Stops List section is used to find stops within a specified proximity of other stops based upon distance radius, postal code, or city and state. This is useful for assigning unassigned stop(s) by finding routes with stops close to the unassigned stop(s).
