- When using Route Sort Rules in X Dispatch, any order that is sorted by a route will still show in Nextstop Mobile as an on demand order if the "Send to dispatch" box is checked. If the box is unchecked, the route stop will be visible in Nextstop Mobile. On demand orders that are dispatched to a driver will not display in Nextstop Mobile if the order date is greater than 30 days.
- The Lookup Column value cannot be greater than 255.
