Require Visual Proof of Delivery from a Driver for All Customers If you don’t have VPOD required, the option to add a VPOD still exists on the completion screen of Delivery stop types. When a VPOD is added it can be sent in a push notification to Rapidship users if they have the setting configured on their Rapidship user profile.
Enable visual proof of delivery in the mobile option set(s) associated with the driver(s).

In X Dispatch go to Maintenance > Customers.
Select the customer you would like to require the driver to provide visual proof of delivery for all orders and route stops.
In the Orders tab, check the box for VPOD Required.
Optional. Check the box for Camera Required to only allow the driver to use their camera when providing visual proof of delivery.
