Reminders are displayed in the Tip of the Day. The Tip of the Day can be viewed by going to Help > Tip of the Day in the main menu at the top. You can select the option to "Show Tips at Startup" to display the Tip of the Day every time you launch X Dispatchlaunch the Classic Operations App.

How to Add a Reminder
Go to Maintenance

Scroll to the bottom of the list of reminders and add the new reminder in the empty row.
Click the save icon

Go to Maintenance > Reminders.
Edit the field(s) you would like to edit.
Click the save icon
