In the Classic Operations App
Go to Maintenance > Human Resources.
Select the human resource record you would like to open the picture to.
In the Photo section Click to add photo.

In the Operations App
Go to Maintenance > Human Resources.
Select the human resource record you would like to open the picture to.
Click on the Upload Photo icon.
