Export
The Conversion Wizard exports a CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. This can be useful if you need to edit data outside of the Operations App, make an analysis of all the data, or import into another application.
Select the database table(s) you would like to export.
Select Export.
Select options for your export file.
Click Process.

Export format only: Exports only the only the column names and not the table and not the table data. This can be used to view the structure, or columns in a table, to prepare for an import of new data. |
Import

When importing data, the Columns must remain in the exact same order as when they were exported. If any column is moved or deleted, the import will fail. |
If you are an on premise customer, make a backup of database table(s) before starting the import process.
Select database table(s) you would like to import.
Select Import.
Select whether or not the first row contains a header and the text delimiter of the file you want to import.
Click Process.
