Internet users can have one of three types of address books.
...
Private: Can only used by the internet user. Addresses can be added/edited.
Group: Enter a group to share one address book among internet users within the same group. Addresses can be added/edited by all internet users in the group.
Example: User A and User B's Internet User Address Book option is set to Group CXT. If User A enters an address, then User B can see and edit User A's entered address.
Consolidated: All internet users using the consolidated option share one address book, however internet users can only edit or delete addresses they added.
Example: User A and User B's Internet User Address Book option is set to Consolidated. If User A enters an address, then User B can see the address, but cannot edit it.
