The Planning section is the starting point for setting up and planning for all of your routes. This is where static route information, also known as the route shell, is created and maintained. The Planning section can be split up into 3 sections.

Highlight the route.
Right-click and select Print Manifest.
Click the Print button.

Plot in MapPoint | Plot the stops of the selected route in MapPoint.

Plot in Microsoft Bing | Plot the stops of the selected route in Microsoft Bing. There can be no more than 15 stops and there is a char limit of 1884. | ||

Print Manifest | Print the route manifest. | ||
Open | Open the Route.

Disable | Disable the route.

Reenable the disabled route. | ||
Clone Route | Clone the route. You can choose whether or not to clone all route stops. Cloning does not include information such as parcels, completion times, PODs, etc. | ||

Group Folders
Group folders are manually created to organize routes. It can be helpful to group routes geographically, by fleet, or customer.
