The Classic Operations App was designed with your company's future growth in mind. As the business environment is constantly changing and evolving, we've given you two tools necessary to maintain your system easily and efficiently. There will often be situations in which certain items in X Dispatch will need to be deleted or disabled. However, if all historical data were to be purged from the system, valuable information may be lost that may be needed in the future. Therefore, when certain objects in X Dispatch are disabled, the data still exists in the database, however, unless you specify, the data will not be displayed through the user interface. Whether you've canceled an order, disabled an order type on a Base Rate Chart, de-activated a human resource or customer, X Dispatch the Operations App allows for the ability to easily view these hidden items with the simple click of a button, the 'Show All Button'!
