Go to Maintenance > Rate Charts.
Click the '+' next to Items.
Click the '+' next to the item rate chart you would like to add to,
Click on the Advanced column of the item you would like to add to.
Click on the box to the left of the Item Break you would like to delete.
Press the Delete button on your keyboard.
Click the OK button to save.
