List of Reminders

The master list of Reminders are displayed in the Tip of the Day.  If you select the option to Show Tips at Startup, the Tip of the Day will pop up every time you launch X Dispatch and display a different Reminder.

To manage the Reminders in X Dispatch, go to Maintenance > Reminders.

Modify Reminders

Add Reminders

To Add a Reminder, go to the last empty row next to the * icon, enter the phrase for the new Reminder and then click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.

Edit Reminders

To Edit a Reminder, simply modify the phrase and click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.

Delete Reminders

To Delete a Reminder, select the row of the Reminder you would like to remove and hit the Delete key on your keyboard then click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.

How to Add a Reminder

1. Go to Maintenance > Reminders.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the list of reminders and add the new reminder in the empty row.
3. Click the save icon Image Added in the toolbar.

How to Edit a Reminder

1. Go to Maintenance > Reminders.

2. Edit the field(s) you would like to edit. 

3. Click the save icon Image Added in the toolbar. 

How to Delete a Reminder

1. Go to Maintenance > Reminders. 

2. Click the reminder you would like to delete by clicking on the grey box to the left of the Reminder column, the row will be highlighted blue.

3. Click the delete icon Image Added in the toolbar or press the delete button.
4. Click the save icon Image Added in the toolbar.
