Editing Text

Message to be displayed in the Client Portal.

Tip

Quick Tip: You can display clickable URL links, phone numbers, and/or email addresses.

  • URL links must have common URL identifiers such as https:// or HTTP:// or .com, .net, .org, etc.

  • Phone numbers must have tel: before the phone number. For example, tel:602-555-5555 will be displayed as 602-555-5555.

  • Email addresses must have common email identifiers such as @ and .com, .net, org, etc. combinations.

Users clicking on these links must have a phone or email client on their device.

Message Type

The selected type of message to be displayed.

  • Information Message - The message will be displayed in a light blue banner and displayed third if multiple

messaged

  • Warning Message - The message will be displayed in an orange banner and displayed second if multiple

messaged

Always Display Message

When checked, Client Portal users will not be able to close the broadcast message. The message will remain displayed until the message has been deleted.

When unchecked, Client Portal users will be able to close and remove the message from view during the log in session.
