Restrict X Dispatch users ability to view or edit You can restrict Operations App users from viewing or editing past posted route stops .  Set by setting a global number of days in the past , and apply applying the restriction to X Dispatch user permissions.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open the global Options menu (Tools → Options)

   Go to Global Options by clicking Options in the toolbar. See Global Options.

2. Select the X Route tab.

3. Check

   the box to enable the applicable Misc. Settings configuration, and specify

   Allowed number of days to view posted route stops and/or Allowed number of days to edit posted route stops and enter the number of days users can view and/or edit route stops before the restriction is enforced.

4. Click the OK button at the bottom to save.

5. Go to

   Maintenance → Permissions and open a permissions set.

   Check applicable box(es) to restrict viewing or editing of posted route stops.

   If a restriction is in place, users will see the following alerts:

   Maintenance > Users.

6. Open a user.

7. User X Route Functionis > Route Stops, check Restricted Viewing for Posted Route Stops (Options->X Route) and/or Restricted Editing for Posted Route Stops (Options->X Route).
