Step-by-step guide
- Open the global Options menu (Tools → Options)Go to Tools > Options.
Select the X Route tab.
Check the box to enable the applicable Misc. Settings configuration , and specify enter the number of days users can view or edit route stops before the restriction is enforced.

Go to Maintenance → Permissions and open Maintenance > Permissions.
Open a permissions set.
Check applicable box(es) to restrict viewing or editing of posted route stops.
