Requires X Dispatch 19.2 or newer for Save to Quickbooks QuickBooks 2019+ File Format and Save to Quickbooks QuickBooks Online File Format.

Save to Quickbooks QuickBooks Online File Format requires the QuickBooks Online Plus or QuickBooks Online Advanced plan.

  1. Go to Actions > InvoicesInvoice Center.
  2. Expand Batches or Single Invoices to find the invoice information you would like to import into QuickbooksQuickBooks.
  3. Right-click on the batch or invoice.
  4. Select Export then the Quickbooks QuickBooks file format you would like.

How to Import into QuickBooks 2018 or Older

  1. Use the Save to Quickbooks QuickBooks File Format export option.
  2. In QuickBooks navigate to File > Utilities > Import > IIF Files.
  3. Navigate to the IIF file you would like to import and select Open.
  4. Select OK.
