You can zero out or change the surcharge amount on individual orders.

X Dispatch users must have the "Allow Surcharge Override" permission under X Dispatch Functions > Orders enabled. See PermissionsUsers (Classic Operations App).

- Go to On Demand > Orders.
- Select the order you would like to modify.
- Go to the Charges tab. See Orders - New / Edit Order.
- Edit the Price of the surcharge(s).
