List of Note Types
This is the master list of Note Types that will be available for selection in the Order Form under the Notes tab.
To manage the Note Types in X Dispatch, go to Maintenance > Note Types.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Note Type ID | A Unique value that identifies the Note Type. |
| Description | A Description that describes the Note Type. |
Add Note Types
To Add a Note Type, go to the last empty row next to the * icon, enter a unique Note Type ID and Description for the new Note Type and then click the Save icon located on theX Dispatch Toolbar.
Edit Note Types
To Edit a Note Type, simply modify the Note Type ID and / or Description and click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.
Delete Note Types
To Delete a Note Type, select the row of the Note Type you would like to remove and hit the Delete key on your keyboard then click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.
