Restrict X Dispatch users ability to view or edit past posted route stops. Set a global number of days in the past, and apply the restriction to X Dispatch user permissions.

Step-by-step guide
- Open the global Options menu (Tools → Options).
Select the X Route tab.
Check the box to enable the applicable Misc. Settings configuration, and specify the number of days users can view or edit route stops before restriction is enforced.
Go to Maintenance → Permissions and open a permissions set.
Check applicable box(es) to restrict viewing or editing of posted route stops.
If a restriction is in place, users will see the following alerts:
