| Field | In this field there is a drop down menu, and you can select from 1 to 12. These numbers correspond to the User Fields on the order form. You can enter multiple entrys for the same field, these options will be available in the user field drop down on the order form. |

Creating a new User field entry
Click in an open box in the field column, select from the drop down list the user field number you want to add an entry to. Click in the corresponding open box in the Value column. Enter the text you want to be available in the drop down list for that user field on the order form.
