API Pricing

API usage is calculated by the number of all calls to the endpoints in the web service. 

FREE

$113.74 per month

$113.74 + $.0017 per add’l credit per month

First 5,000 credits.

Between 5,001 and 75,000 credits.

Over 75,000 credits.



SMS Pricing

SMS pricing is calculated by the number of SMS messages that are sent within the calendar month.

Credits Definition

Credits are calculated from the first to the last day of the month (regardless of the purchase date).  Pricing is calculated as an aggregation of all credits used, not per integration or shipping partner using the API.

As endpoints are created and the API is improved, the "Credits Definition" section may not reflect all functionality.



SMS Usage Examples

The below examples outline possible use-case scenarios for SMS consumption. 

SMS notifications can be sent for various order status events.

The below volume examples show a few possible scenarios if your clients were to choose to receive an average of two updates per order (ex: picked up and delivered). The below examples would only be for orders with cell phone numbers set for updates, which would most likely only be a fraction of your total orders for the month.
