You can track orders created from a specific template.
Templates must have been created in Version 19.2 or newer. |
Instructions
From the Track Order Page
In the Search section, select “Template Name”.
Under Enter Tracking Info enter the template name.
Click the Search button.
Quick Tip: Check the “Include partial matches“ checkbox to search part of a template name. |
From the Place Order Page
Click the Create from Recent Templates button.
Click the menu icon in the Actions column of the template you would like.
Select Track Template Orders.
