You can change your Nextstop account password at any time. 

Security best practices recommend that you choose a complex password and change it periodically.


Instructions

Create a step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to the My Profile page. 

  2. Select Change Password. 


  3. Type your old password into the Old Password field. 


  4. Type your new password into the New Password field. 

    Passwords must be at least 5 characters long. 


  5. Type your new password into the Confirm Password field. 

  6. Tap Save on the bottom right. The next time you log into Nextstop the new password will be required.


Tap Cancel on the bottom left any time to cancel changing your password.


If you are using biometric login, you will need to enter your password the next time you log into Nextstop and reenable the biometric login.
