The dashboard is customizable for each user to display important, quick, at a glance information. You can edit the layout and select up to 10 widgets you would like to use on your dashboard. See Dashboard Widgets.
To view the dashboard go to Dashboard.
You can select between light and dark move by clicking Light or Dark in the top left. |
Multiple dashboards are available to switch between and/or share between users. These dashboards are listed under the light and dark more toggle. Click on the dashboard name to view the dashboard.
You can create a dashboard by clicking the Create Dashboard icon in the top right.
Click the … button in the top right of the dashboard and select Edit Dashboard.
Click the … button in the top right of the dashboard and select Delete Dashboard. This is not available if the user has only 1 owned dashboard.
You can allow other users to view and edit the dashboards you create on the Dashboard form when creating or editing a dashboard.
When a user is deleted, all of the user’s dashboards will be deleted as well. |
Select the user(s) you would like to share the dashboard with under Share Permissions.
Check the Can Edit box next to the user(s) you would like to give permission to edit the dashboard to.
To remove the ability to edit a dashboard, uncheck the Can Edit box next to the user(s).
To remove the ability to view your dashboard, click the delete icon next to the user(s).
Click the … button in the top right of the dashboard and select Transfer Dashboard Owner. This is not available if the user has only 1 owned dashboard.
Click the … button in the top right of the dashboard you would like to edit to view the action menu.
Click the … button in the top right.
Click Edit Layout.
You can add up to 10 widgets to a dashboard.
Click the … button in the top right.
Click Add Widget.
To edit a widget click the … in the top right of the widget you would like to edit.
Quick Tip: Select Edit Widget Type to quickly change the widget type. |
To minimize a widget click the ^ in the top right of the widget you would like to minimize.
