Driver App Workflow

Pickup and delivery workflow starts with the Stops List which displays each location that has active and complete pickups and/or deliveries. After selecting a stop, navigation buttons at the bottom guides the driver through a standard workflow.
With Unconfirmed Stops
If there are unconfirmed stops, these will display at the top, and tapping Next will bring the driver to the Stop Info screen of the first unconfirmed stop.
Without Unconfirmed Stops
If there are no unconfirmed stops, tapping Next will bring the driver to the Stop Info screen of the first stop in the Stops List.

On Demand Workflow
Optional On Demand Workflow for Unconfirmed Stops
Confirm All
Drivers can confirm all unconfirmed stops from the Unconfirmed Stops screen by tapping Confirm All.
Confirm Individually
Drivers can confirm stop individually by tapping on the stop then tapping Confirm Stop from the Stop Info screen.
Basic On Demand Workflow
Stop Info
If the stop is unconfirmed, the driver must first confirm the stop by tapping Confirm Stop. See Confirm Individually above.
From the Stop Info screen, the stop can be marked as arrived by tapping Arrived.
Complete Stop
The Complete Stop and Complete workflow buttons will be displayed once all of the requirements have been met.

After completing the stop the driver will be taken back to the Stops List.
Optional On Demand Workflow When Arriving at a Stop
Geofencing
When geofencing is enabled and the driver is outside of the set geofence radius, an alert will pop up when the driver tries to update the stop. See Driver App Geofencing.
Parcels
Parcels are entered on the Parcels screen. If the stop has expected parcels, the Pickup or Delivery workflow button will display to take the driver to the Parcels screen. If there are no expected parcels, the driver can click Parcels on the Stop Info screen to go to the Parcels screen.
Overage Parcels
When scanning an overage parcel on a consolidated on demand order, the driver will be taken to the Pair Pickup Parcel screen to choose which pickup the parcel would be paired to.
Required Parcel Input
If a parcel type, parcel status code, and/or parcel refrigeration type is required, the driver will be taken to the Required Parcel Input screen after scanning a parcel. See How to Require Parcel Types and/or Parcel Status Codes When an Overage is Scanned and/or Parcel Refrigeration Types.
Optional On Demand Workflow When Completing a Stop
Required Driver Input
If a driver input is required, the driver will be taken to the Required Pickup/Delivery Input screen. To set up a required input, see Driver App Required Driver Input.

Force Location Scan (Upon Arrival)
If “Force Location Scan” on the order is set to “Upon Arrival“ or “Both”, the Arrival Scan workflow button will take the driver to the camera to perform the location scan. For consolidated stops, only the parent stop is accepted when location scanning. See Force Location Scan in the Driver App.
Visual Proof of Delivery
If the “Require Visual Proof of Delivery” mobile option or the “VPOD Required“ option on the customer record is enabled, the driver will be taken to the Visual Proof of Delivery screen. See How to Require Visual Proof of Delivery in the Driver App. If the “Require Visual Proof of Delivery” mobile option or the “VPOD Required“ option on the customer record is disabled, the driver can add one when completing the stop by tapping on Visual Proof of Delivery on the Complete Stop screen.
Signature
If the “Signature” required option is enabled on the customer record, the driver will be taken to the Collect Signature screen. If the “Signature” required option is disabled, the driver can add a signature when completing the stop by tapping COLLECT SIGNATURE on the Complete Stop screen.
Proof of Delivery
If the “POD Required“ option on the customer record is enabled, the driver will be taken to the Proof of Delivery screen. If the “POD Required“ option on the customer record is disabled, the driver can add one when completing the stop by tapping on Signee and/or Comments on the Complete Stop screen.
Force Location Scan (Upon Departure)
If “Force Location Scan” on the order is set to “Upon Departure” or “Both”, the Departure Scan workflow button will take the driver will be taken to the camera to perform the location scan. For consolidated stops, only the parent stop is accepted when location scanning. See Force Location Scan in the Driver App.
