Status Codes in the Driver App

Driver(s) must have the “Allow Stop Level Status Codes” and/or the “Allow Parcel Level Status Codes” mobile option.

  • To allow all or a group of drivers to view Status Codes, go Maintenance > Mobile Option Sets. See Mobile Option Sets (Classic Operations App) for the Classic Operations App or Mobile Option Sets for the Operations App.

  • To allow specific drivers to view Status Codes

    • In the Classic Operations App, go to Maintenance > Mobile Users. See Mobile Users.

    • In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Drivers then the Mobile Options tab in the driver record. See Drivers.

Visibility of specific status codes can be adjusted in the Mobile Display field of the status code.

 

The Status Codes screen displays all status codes associated with the stop or parcel. Status codes can be edited in the Status Codes section of the Operations App and permissions for availability can be set here or on the customer record. See Status Codes (Classic Operations App) for more information on the Classic Operations App or Status Codes for more information on the Operations App.

Add a Status Code

For Stops

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop to add the status code to.

  3. Tap Status Codes.

  4. Tap Add at the bottom right.

  5. Tap Name to select the status code.

  6. Optional. Enter a Description.

  7. Tap Add at the bottom right to add.

For Parcels

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop associated with the parcel to add the status code to.

  3. Tap Parcels.

  4. Select the parcel to add the status code to.

  5. Tap Status Codes.

  6. Tap Add at the bottom right.

  7. Tap Name to select the status code.

  8. Optional. Enter a Description.

  9. Tap Add at the bottom right to add.

Edit a Status Code

For Stops

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop with the status code to edit.

  3. Tap Status Codes.

  4. Tap the status code to edit.

  5. When done, tap Save at the bottom right.

For Parcels

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop associated with the parcel that has the status code to edit.

  3. Tap Parcels.

  4. Select the parcel with the status code to edit.

  5. Tap Status Codes.

  6. Tap the status code to edit.

  7. When done, tap Save at the bottom right.

Delete a Status Code

For Stops

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop with the status codes to delete.

  3. Tap Status Codes.

  4. Select the status code to delete.

  5. Tap DELETE.

Alternate Steps

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop with the status code to delete.

  3. Tap Status Codes.

  4. Swipe left on the status code to delete.

  5. Tap DELETE.

For Parcels

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop associated with the parcel that has the status code to delete.

  3. Tap Parcels.

  4. Select the parcel with the status code to delete.

  5. Tap Status Codes.

  6. Select the status code to delete.

  7. Tap DELETE.

  1. Go to the Stops List.

  2. Select the stop associated with the parcel that has the status code to delete.

  3. Tap Parcels.

  4. Select the parcel with the status code to delete.

  5. Tap Status Codes.

  6. Swipe left on the status code to delete.
