Stamp Rate Chart Types - Percentage of another chart

"Percentage of another chart" allows you to select another chart and adjust it by a percentage amount. The percentage can be a positive increase in the rate or a negative percentage for a deduction on the rates. 

How to Create a New Percentage of another chart Stamp Rate Chart

The Stamp Rate Details tab will be evaluated before applying charges from another stamp rate chart. This tab should be empty unless exclusions need to be specified before adjusting another chart's calculated rate.

  1. Click the arrow next to the New button, or press the N key.

  2. Click Stamp Rate Chart.

  3. Under Chart Type select "Percentage of another chart". 

  4. For Use Chart, select the chart ID of the stamp rate chart you would like to use.

  5. Enter the adjusted by percentage that will be used to calculate the rate.

  6. Click Apply to save the rate chart and keep it open or click OK to save and close the rate chart.

Quick Tip: Stamp rate charts include item charges in the Items tab.

Example

Route stops using stamp rate Chart ID 1 will adjust stamp rate Chart ID 2 by 10%.
