Limit Order Tracking for Multiple Client Portal Users

You can enable a Client Portal user to only see the orders they created on the Track Orders page, instead of viewing all the orders for the customer(s) enabled in their internet user record in the Operations App. This is a useful feature whenever you have a situation where there are multiple Client Portal users for the same customer(s), but the Client Portal users should only be able to view and track the orders that they placed.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Operations App, go to Maintenance > Internet Users.

  2. Select the internet user you would like to edit.

  3. Go to the Options tab.

  4. In the Rapidship section, check 'View Track Order' and 'View Inet User Orders Only'.

  5. Click the green Save icon.
