The Me tab in Nextstop 2 is the second tab located along the bottom of the screen. This tab has options centered around your user account and your current state within the app. Here you can check in and out, change your password and log out of Nextstop 2.

Name & Driver ID

The Name and Driver ID fields display the current user's login Name and Driver ID.

Checking In/Out

Checking in will check you into X Dispatch and informs the dispatcher that you are available to receive work. When you are Checked Out in Nextstop 2, you are not shown in the list of available drivers on the dispatch board and the dispatcher cannot send you work. This is why it is important to Check-In and Out at the beginning and end of your shift.

Changing Your Password

You can change your Nextstop 2 account password at any time. Security best practices recommend that you choose a complex password and change it periodically. Additionally, an X Dispatch Administrator can change your password in X Dispatch.

Logging Out

Logging out of Nextstop 2 is very important if you share a mobile device with another user. If you forget to log out of Nextstop 2, your account could be compromised.
