Mileage Audit
In order to run this report you must have MapPoint and have it open before attempting to run this report. If you do not have MapPoint or do not have it open it will give you an ActiveX error.
The Mileage Audit form allows you to plot a route in Microsoft MapPoint depicting a driver's history of On-Demand stops.
Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
Driver ID | Drop down to select the driver you wish to plot information for. |
Begin Date | The beginning date/time for the route. |
End Date | The ending date/time for the route. |
Start at home | Starts the route at the driver's home address. |
End at home | Ends the route at the driver's home address. |
Subtract Distance to Office | Subtracts the distance between the driver's home and the office from the mileage calculation. |
Go | Opens MapPoint and plots the route information. |
Close | Closes the form without plotting anything. |
