You must have the Visual Dispatch permission enabled. See Users (Classic Operations App).

You can get to the Visual Dispatch by clicking Visual Dispatch in the main left menu. This will open the Visual Dispatch board in your local web browser. See Visual Dispatch for more information.

Business unit filtering does not apply to Visual Dispatch.
