Mail Manager - Mail Accounts and Mail Settings Properties

Mail Accounts

The Mail Accounts window lists the mail settings profile names that have been set up. You can add, edit, or remove a profile. This can be accessed from the Mail Manager by clicking on the Edit Profile icon .

Mail Settings Properties

Mail Settings Properties is where you can view and/or enter your email server settings. You may need to contact your IT provider or department to get the information needed for this setting if you are not familiar with email server settings yourself. To access this click the Add or Properties button from the Mail Accounts window.

You can set the frequency of often the mail cycle will run (check inbound emails and send outbound emails) in the Frequency field at the top.

Incoming Email Settings

These settings are used if you have drivers that text or email Q codes for the dispatch to update. 

Outbound Email Settings

These settings are used to send emails from the Operations App and the Driver App. It is common to set up only the Outbound Email settings. 

Outbound Fax Settings

These settings are used if you use Windows Faxing Service. 

CXT Software does not recommend using this faxing service. Consider using emails or an email to fax solution instead.
