How to Setup Cloud Client to Use Multiple Monitors

Basic Setup

  1. In the Cloud Client, click on Options on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. Use the drop down menu to select which single monitor the Cloud Client will launch on. This sets the preferred monitor you want the Cloud Enviornment to launch on.

    Quick Tip

    If you want to move the Cloud screen from one monitor to another after it has launched, you can press and hold the Shift + Windows Key + Left or Right Arrow to move the screen left or right, respectively

  3. Check the 'Use All Monitors' checkbox to disable the ability to change monitors from step 2 and will instead use all monitors that have been detected and are active in Windows.

  4. Using this setting will require re-entering the password multiple times upon logging in. When you check the box, you will get the following notification. Click OK to continue.

  5. You will see a login screen similar to this and will have to log in, once for each screen.

Advance Setup

Some users may have three or more monitors but may only want the Cloud Client to display on monitor 1 and 2 or only on monitor 2 and 3. There are no native settings in the Cloud Client Display Options to only display on certain monitors in a setup with 3 or more monitors. However, you can manually setup which monitors you want the Cloud client to display in.

  1. Follow the basic setup.

  2. After you have successfully logged in, look for a blue bar across the top of one of the screens and click the icon that looks like two overlapping windows. This button will allow you to manually adjust the window size of the Cloud client environment.

  3. Move your mouse to the bottom right corner of the Cloud Client Window, you can click and hold the left mouse button down to resize the window across whichever monitors you want.

  4. Click and hold your left mouse button in the bottom right corner of the Classic Operation App window to manually resize it to fit the screen you want.

  5. Open up an additional Classic Opertaion App window by right-clicking on the application on your task bar and clicking on X Dispatch in the pop-up menu to open an additional instance.

    You can move this window to a different screen and adjust its size the same way you did in the previous step.
