How to Change the Price of Surcharge Items on Individual Order

You can zero out or change the surcharge amount on individual orders. 

Instructions

Operations App users must have the "Allow Surcharge Override" permission under X Dispatch Functions > Orders enabled. See Users (Classic Operations App).

  1. Go to On Demand > Orders.

  2. Select the order you would like to modify.

  3. Go to the Charges tab. See Orders - New / Edit Order.

  4. Edit the Price of the surcharge(s).
