Notes
Notes can be added to an order in the Notes tab on the order form or route stop form.
Notes on route stop forms require X Dispatch 21.0 or newer.
How to Add a Note
- Select the Type of note you would like to add. See Note Types (Classic Operations App) to add or edit note types.
- Optional. Check the Email? checkbox to add the note when sending a message using the [OrderNotes] field in a message format associated with the customer.
- Click in the Note column.
- Enter your note.
Go to File > Save.
How to Edit a Note
Click the note you would like to edit.
- Edit the note.
Go to File > Save.
How to Delete a Note
Select the row of the note by clicking on the row, a triangle will appear, then press the Delete key.
