To go the Route Preferred Time Mappings, go to X Stream > Route Preferred Time Mappings.

Field Name	Description
CustID	The customer ID on the imported route stop.
Name	The name on the imported stop which X Stream will lookup to insert the preferred time
PreferredTime	The preferred time to be set on the imported stop.
RouteID	The route ID is used if the stop name appears on more than one route with different preferred times. This allows you to specify the preferred time based upon the route ID of each route.
Sequence	The sequence is used if the stop name appears on the same route multiple times. This allows you to specify the preferred time based upon the sequence value on the route.
Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun	Check the box to select the day(s) to be set on the imported stop. To select all 7 days of the week, click the Select All button at the right end of the row. If all 7 days are selected, the button will be a Remove All button which unchecks all 7 days.
Alternate Lookup	Visible when "Enable Alternate Lookup" is enabled in Global Options. The alternate lookup value is used to support customers that require alphanumeric customer id.

Import Process Checks for Imported Stops

The form can be saved with only the PreferredTime data, but a combination of one of the below options is required for route preferred time mapping to occur.

Match RouteID and Sequence.
Match CustID, Name, and RouteID.
Match CustID and Name. RouteID is not checked.
Check the import file configuration option rsMaster|StopTimeFallback.
If 1-4 fails, check the current date and time.

Advanced logic and mapping...

This applies to technical specifications for how integration files are configured and are usually set up by CXT Software.

If the import configuration (i.e. XASN) file has a Sequence value specified (either hardcoded or passed in from an ASN file), X Dispatch logic will check the Route Preferred Time Mapping table for a matching entry with the associated Sequence value and RouteID, to get a StopTime.
If the import configuration file does not specify a StopTime, the following logic is applied.
- If the Route Preferred Time Mapping table specifies a RouteID, X Dispatch logic will attempt to locate a matching entry based on the CustID, Name, and RouteID values, to obtain a StopTime.
- If no RouteID is populated in the Route Preferred Time Mapping table, X Dispatch logic will attempt to locate a matching entry based on the CustID and Name values, to obtain a StopTime.
- If the import configuration (i.e. XASN) file has a Stop Time Fallback configured (the rsMaster|StopTimeFallback node), this will be used to obtain a StopTime.
- If none of the above matches, the current time is set.
If the import configuration file specifies a StopTime (even if no values are passed in and the config is set to a blank value), the process will be exited and no checks to the Route Preferred Time Mapping table will be referenced.

How to Add a New Route Preferred Time Map

Go to X Stream > Route Preferred Time Mappings.
Add the new route preferred time map to the first empty row. See Import Process Checks for Imported Stops above for requirements based on your data.
Click the save icon in the toolbar.

How to Edit a Route Preferred Time Map

Go to X Stream > Route Preferred Time Mappings.
Edit the field(s) you would like to edit.
Click the save icon in the toolbar.

How to Delete a Route Preferred Time Map

Go to X Stream > Route Preferred Time Mappings.
Select the route preferred time map you would like to delete by clicking on the grey box to the left of the CustID column, the row will be highlighted blue.
Click the delete icon in the toolbar or press the delete button.
Click the save icon in the toolbar.
