Time Punches allows you to review and edit the information entered using the Time Clock.

To manage the Time Punches in X Dispatch, go to Maintenance > Time Punches > Then click on the date that you wish to manage the Time Punches for.

Field Name	Description
Calendar	Use the Calendar to select the date of the Time Punches you would like to view.
Employee / Driver	The Employee or Driver of the Time Punch information.
Punch Date	The Date of the Time Punches.
Time In ( x5 )	The Date and Time for the Time In. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Time In punches.
Time Out ( x5 )	The Date and Time for the Time Out. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Time Out punches.
Odometer In ( x5 )	The vehicle Odometer reading at the time of the Time In time punch. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Odometer In readings.
Odometer Out ( x5 )	The vehicle Odometer reading at the time of the Time Out time punch. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Odometer Out readings.
Start Zip ( x5 )	The Starting Zip Code at the time of the time punch. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Starting Zip entries.
Vehicle ( x5 )	The Vehicle used at the time of the time punch. Note: The Time Clock allows up to 5 Vehicle entries.

Edit Time Punches

If you need to adjust any of the Time Punch information, modify the field and then click the Save icon to save your changes.

You will need Permissions in order to edit Time Punches.
