You are able to communicate important messages or alerts to your staff and your customers by using our Broadcast Message feature.

Broadcast Message

Broadcast Messages allow X Dispatch users to communicate important messages to other users as well as customers that use X Internet or Rapidship. You are able to create and edit broadcast messages from the Action menu > Edit Broadcast Messages.

Select “Add” to add a new Broadcast Message. Next, select which application you want the message to be displayed on (X Dispatch, X Internet, or Rapidship).
