Reactivating Order Type Rate Charts

Open X Dispatch and navigate to Maintenance > Rate Charts.  

 

In this example we will reactivate the order type ECO Return - Based on Chart 1 'rush' adjusted by -50% in Rate Chart 1000.  As you can see in the screen shot below, the ECO order type is not listed.

At the top of the screen there is a box labeled 'Show All', check this box.  With the "Show All" box checked, any order types that have been deactivated will show up on your screen with the red circle slash icon.

Double click on the order type to open it.  In the bottom right of the order type window, click on the button marked  "Activate".

This will bring up a prompt asking if you are sure you want to reactivate this order type.  Click yes.  Now the order type is active on the rate chart and available for use during order entry.
