How to sort the dispatch board by customer priority
Overview
The dispatch board is a very versatile environment that lets you sort data in almost any fashion. This article describes how to sort the dispatch board by the priority column.
Dispatch Board Setup
In the picture below, the "Priority" column has been dragged from the right all the way over to the left by simply right clicking, holding, and dragging the column header from the right section to the left section of the dispatch board.
Customer Setup
Notice in the picture above that all orders are a priority of "1". This is because the priority column is set at the customer level to prioritize orders based on customer priority.
Sorting the dispatch board can increase productivity and help give visibility to particular customers and orders.
