How to Set Up User Fields for Routes

User Definable Fields are available for all routes and are useful for custom reporting. You can change the labels of User Fields in customer records. 

Setting Up Route Stop User Field Captions

  1. Go to MaintenanceCustomers.
  2. Select the customer associated with the route you would like to customize the user field captions for. 
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Edit User Field 1-6 under Route Stop User Field Captions.

Example

You want to have a "COD Type" user field on the route stop form. 

In the customer record General tab set the User Field 1 to "COD Type".
