SMS Text Notifications

SMS text notifications can be sent for status events for on demand orders and route stops.
These notifications can be set per customer, order, or stop. Recipients will receive a notification of the selected status event.
If the recipient replies “STOP” it will stop all future update notifications, not just notifications for a specific order or stop. Replying “unstop” will enable notifications to be sent to the recipient's phone number.
How to Enable SMS Text Notifications
Click Options in the toolbar and select the Misc tab.
Check Enable SMS Text Notifications.
Click Ok.

Orders
In the Email / SMS Text Alerts F5 field of the order form.
Contract Stops
In the Email / SMS Text Alerts field in the Address section of the contract stop form.
Customers
You can add a number in the Contacts tab of a customer record in the Default Email Addresses/SMS Text Alerts field, or click the Add button to add a new contact that will be displayed in the Email Addresses field. You can also select which status events will send the SMS text notifications by checking the box in the SMS Text column of the selected status event.
Route Stops
In the Email / SMS Text Alerts field of the route stops form.
Recurring Orders
In the Email / SMS Text Alerts F5 field of the recurring order form.
Internet User
You can add a number to be a default in the internet user record’s Options tab Email / SMS Text Alerts field.
Rapidship
You can add a number when placing an order on the Place Order page under the Email/SMS Text Alert Notifications section.
