When your device is set to save battery, it may not allow all the functionality of the CXT Driver app. Please follow the steps below depending on the device manufacturer.
Android
To ensure that you are able to enjoy the full functionality of the CXT Driver app and all features, it is important that you disable "android battery optimization".
Samsung
Expand for Instructions
Depending on the phone model, go to the smartphone's settings and follow these steps:
Tap on "Applications" or "Apps"
Tap on the three-dot menu (top right corner)
Tap on "Special Access"
Tap on "Optimize Battery usage"

Tap on "Device maintenance"
Tap on "Battery"
Tap on "Battery Usage"
Tap on the three-dot menu (top right corner)
Tap on "Optimize Battery usage"
Google Pixel
Expand for Instructions
Go to your smartphone's Settings
Tap on "Apps & notifications"
Tap on "Advanced"
Tap on "Special app access"
Tap on "Battery optimization"
Sony
Expand for Instructions
Go to your smartphone's Settings
Tap on "Battery"
Tap on the (...) menu in the top right corner and press "Battery optimization"
Tap on "Apps"
Tap on "CXT Driver".
LG

Go to your smartphone's Settings
Tap "Battery & power saving"
Tap on "Battery usage"
Tap "Ignore optimizations"
Turn "on" to ignore battery optimization for the Driver App.
One Plus
Expand for Instructions
Go to Settings.
Tap on "Battery"
Tap on "Battery optimization"
Switch to the "All apps list" (top menu)
Tap on Driver App and choose "Don’t optimize"
Go back to your smartphone Settings
Select "Apps & notifications"
Tap on "See all apps"
Tap on the CXT Driver app
Then "Permissions"
Toggle "on" for Location access
Motorola
Expand for Instructions
Go to your smartphone's Settings
Tap "Battery"
Tap on the menu in the top right corner
Tap "Battery optimization"
Tap "Not optimized"
Tap "All Apps"
Find CXT Driver on this list and tap on "Don’t Optimize".
Go back to your phone settings*
Select "Battery"*
Turn Battery Saver Mode off*
Huawei
Expand for Instructions
Go to Settings.
Select “Apps”
Select “Advanced” (at the bottom)
Select “Ignore Optimizations”
Press “Allowed” and select “All Apps”
Find CXT Driver on the list and set it to “Allow”
Nokia 7.x Devices
Expand for Instructions
Go to Settings.
Select “Battery” then “Battery Optimization”
Toggle Off optimization for CXT Driver
Go back to your smartphone Settings
Select “Battery” then “Background Activity Manager”
In the “Enable blacklist” menu, toggle Off for CXT Driver
HTC Devices
Expand for Instructions
From the Home screen, tap the “9-dot candy box menu”, and then find and tap Settings.
Tap Power.
Tap Battery optimization.
Tap Not optimized > All apps to see the complete list of apps.
To turn off battery optimization for CXT Driver, tap the app name, and then tap Don't optimize > Done.
MIUI Devices
Expand for Instructions
Go to Settings.
Select “Additional Settings”
Select “Battery & Performance”
Select “Manage app’s battery usage”
Choose apps and select CXT Driver
Go back to your smartphone Settings
Select “Other permissions”
On the permissions tab, choose “Start in the Background”
Choose apps and select CXT Driver
Then "Permissions"
Go back to your smartphone Settings
Then “Permissions”
Select “Autostart”, choose apps, and select CXT Driver
TCL/Alcatel
Expand for Instructions
From your Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
Go to Settings > Battery.
Tap the Menu icon (upper right).
TapBattery optimization.
If necessary, tap the 'Not optimized' dropdown menu (at the top) then tap All apps. This can be changed to 'Not optimized' if you want to isolate non-optimized apps.
Tap the appropriate app, tap one of the following then tap DONE:

iPhone
To ensure that you are able to enjoy the full functionality of the CXT Driver app and all features, it is important that you disable "Power Save Mode" for the CXT Driver app.
Disable Power Save Mode From Your Settings
Open "Settings."
Scroll down and tap "Battery."
If Low Power Mode is enabled, move the slider to the left to turn it off.
Disable Power Save Mode From the Control Center
Access the Control Center.
If you have an iPhone X or later, you can do this by swiping down from the right-hand corner of the screen.
For older models, swipe up from the bottom.
If Low Power Mode is enabled, the battery icon will be highlighted. Tap on it to turn off lower power mode.
