The "Zones" chart type allows you to set up zip code to zip code or zone to zone pairs with rates under the Base Rate Details tab. See Zones for more information.
Flat Rate charts rate based on the Flat rate dollar amount set. When you select "Flat Rate" as the chart type, some options below will become grayed out, but overtime charges may still be applied.
"Use another chart adjusted by percent" allows you to select another chart and adjust it by a percentage amount. The percentage can be a positive increase in the rate or a negative percentage for a deduction on the rates.
The "Weight" chart type uses zones and the weight table to calculate the rate.
"Use another chart adjusted by amount" allows you to select another chart and adjust it by an amount. The amount can be a positive number to increase the rate or a negative number to reduce the rate.
"Use custom stored procedure" is used to apply a custom rating procedure. Enter the stored procedure name in "Proc Name".
