ALTERNATIVE DOWNLOAD OPTION

We are now offering an alternative download option for Android users that still want to utilize our older Nextstop 2 functionality, but don’t have access to the Google Play Store, are having trouble finding the app in the store, or simply just do not have a mobile device running Android 8 or later.

• Side loaded versions of the application have complete feature parity and will work exactly the same as a version that was downloaded straight from the Google Play Store.

NEXTSTOP 2.7.11 APK SIDELOAD INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure that you are using an Android device; whereas, APK files not compatible with other device types.

2. Open the device’s browser and navigate to the following Mediafire link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mkkwnrr9ij3el2q/NSM_2.7.11.apk/file

3. Download the file.

4. After downloading the file, locate it in the downloads or files section on your Android device.

5. Click on the file and tap "Install".

6. After the install is complete, you are able to use the version just as you would if it was downloaded from the app store.

7. If you experience any issues with getting the APK files to side load onto your device, please open a customer support ticket, so our staff can help troubleshoot your problem.

PLEASE NOTE

When using an APK side loaded version, we do not recommend uninstalling and reinstalling in order to get a “refresh” of the app. You can achieve the same results by using the following “Clear Cache” Clear Cache workflow.

• The quickest way to navigate to the CLEAR CACHE Clear Cache functionality is by holding down the Nextstop app icon>App Info>Storage>CLEAR CACHE.

• Users can also get there by going to Settings>Apps & Notifications>Nextstop>Storage>CLEAR CACHE
