The Parcel Edit screen is where you can view and edit parcel information.

Field Name

Description

Scanned

If checked, the parcel has been scanned and will display as SCANNED in the Parcels screen.

If unchecked, the parcel is unscanned and will display as NOT SCANNED in the Parcels screen.

Note
Unchecking a parcel that is unexpected will remove the parcel entirely.

Parcel Type

The selected parcel type of the parcel.

Parcel Refrigeration Type

The selected parcel refrigeration type.

Info
This field is available and/or required only for specific parcel types as set up by your company.

Weight

The weight of the parcel.

Length

The dimensions of the parcel.

Width

Height

Units in container

The number of units in the parcel.

Description

The description of the parcel.

Scan Comment

Comment entered when the parcel was scanned.

Parcel Items

Tap to view, edit, and/or add parcel item quantities for the parcel.

How to Edit a Parcel

Excerpt

You must unscan the parcel and rescan it to edit the parcel info.

For Nextstop 3.1.0 or older

Go to the Stops List.
Select the stop you would like to add the parcel(s) to.
Tap Parcels.
Tap the parcel you would like to edit.
