Enable Geofencing for All Customers  

  1. Go to Maintenance > Status Codes.
  2. Click the AddToAllCustomers column.

Enable Geofencing for Specific Customers  

  1. Go to Maintenance > Customers.
  2. Select the customer(s) who will be using geofencing.
  3. Click the Status Code tab.
  4. Check "Outside Geofence".
  5. Click the Save button. 

Allow/Disallow All Drivers to Edit the "Outside Geofence" Status Code

When Mobile Display is enabled, drivers may be able to edit the status code in Nextstop. When Mobile Display is disabled, drivers will not be able to see or edit/delete the "Outside Geofence" status code in Nextstop. See Status Codes.
