Note types are used in the order form in the Notes tab.

To manage the Note Types in X Dispatch, go to Maintenance > note types, go to Maintenance > Note Types.

Edit Note Types

To Edit a Note Type, simply modify the Note Type ID and / or Description and click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.

Delete Note Types

To Delete a Note Type, select the row of the Note Type you would like to remove and hit the Delete key on your keyboard then click the Save icon located on the X Dispatch Toolbar.

How to Edit a Note Type

1. Go to Maintenance > Note Types.

2. Click the note type you would like to edit or right-click the row and select Edit.

   The right-click menu option Open in New Window will open the edit form in a window that can be moved around.

2. Click the note type you would like to delete.

3. Click the Image Added button to delete the note type.
