Note Types
This page is for the Operations App. For the Classic Operations App please see Note Types (Classic Operations App).
Note types are used in the order form and route stops in the Notes tab.
To get to the Note Types section, go to Maintenance > Note Types.
Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
Description | A description of the note type. |
ID | A unique name that identifies the note type. |
How to Create a New Note Type
Go to Maintenance > Note Types.
Click the + button in the top right.
How to Edit a Note Type
Go to Maintenance > Note Types.
Click the note type you would like to edit or click the action menu at the end of the row and select Edit.
Quick Tip: You can open 2 edit forms by selecting the checkboxes of the note types and clicking the edit pencil icon in the top right.
How to Delete a Note Type
Go to Maintenance > Note Types.
Check the checkbox of the note type(s) you would like to delete.
Click the delete button in the top right.
